Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
All lettuce orders are harvested fresh and stored properly to maintain quality from the farm to your hands. Once harvested, the lettuce has a specific freshness window and must be consumed or stored correctly within that timeframe. For this reason, cancellations are only allowed within 6 hours of placing the order.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the perishable nature of our product. However, if your lettuce arrives spoiled or unusable within its expected freshness period, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a photo or video as proof. We will assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution.
