Shipping Policy
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Delivery is available within Cebu only via local courier or meet-up arrangements.
Refund Policy
Refunds are allowed only for damaged or defective items. Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase. No cancellations are accepted once the item has been packed or dispatched.
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days for unused items in their original packaging. Return shipping will be shouldered by buyer.
